The Servant's Heart is taking action
The homeless, when ill, often lack a family member to assume the caregiver role and instead face the harsh reality of life on the streets or in homeless shelters. Here, compassion is frequently in short supply, leaving individuals feeling abandoned and forgotten. Those experiencing homelessness often get overlooked when it comes to receiving help. Medical respite provides a crucial solution: a short-term care opportunity that allows individuals experiencing homelessness to recover in a safe environment, where they can access necessary medical care and supportive services. The Servant’s Heart is providing accommodations while partnering with home care agencies to ensure that proper care is delivered. Join us as a supporter. Your involvement can make a real difference by helping us provide the essential beds that are critically needed. This is one more step to helping someone homeless through resources that can lead to life-sustainability.
"Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security" Jeremiah 33
